The National Academy of Human Resources installed three HR Policy Board Members as Fellows in its 29th class:

  • Stephen Fry, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Diversity at Eli Lilly and Company,
  • Timothy Richmond, Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at AbbVie, and
  • Carol Surface, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Medtronic.

Since its founding in 1992, only 180 individuals have been elected Fellows of the National Academy of Human Resources.  HR Policy is among the 13 organizations to have been inducted as Honored Organizations for their contributions to the HR profession.

“By election to the Academy, the members of the 2020 Class of Fellows have been acknowledged by their peers as reaching the very highest level of achievement and contribution in the Human Resources profession,” said John Murabito, HR Policy Board Member, Chair of the NAHR, and Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Services, Cigna.

HR Policy congratulates Steve, Carol, and Tim on their induction into the Academy.
