HR Policy Association is pleased to welcome to its team Christen Supplee, who started last week as our Director of Membership Engagement. She will be responsible for membership recruitment, onboarding, and expanding participation.
Christen joins us from ArmadaHealth, where she was responsible for managing the onboarding process for new client accounts, as well as managing marketing campaigns and coordinating implementation, training, and the financial aspects of her accounts. She has extensive experience in sales support, marketing, customer service and operations.
Role elevates membership engagement: Christen will periodically engage existing members to make sure they understand the benefits available to them from the Association, as well as our premium memberships. She will also promote the Association to potential members, conduct onboarding briefings for new members and their teams, and coordinate our CHRO regional network meetings.
